13Jan2011AMROHA Engineering Inc. extends IRIS Scanning features code-named Catcher-in-the-EyeTM from its security systems portfolio into business process management systems..

San Francisco, California – 13 January 2011 – Amroha Engineering, Inc. introduced here today its new automation tools employing iris identification for use in AEI’s business process management systems.

Iris Scanning has been in active use for over a decade in access control and security applications at world’s largest airports’ departures and arrivals, and at the immigration and emigration controls at the borders. Iris images provide a positive identity verification mechanism. AEI’s new automation tools seek to extend the high quality identification available from iris scanning to business process management in a variety of commercial applications, including but not limited to financial applications such as banking ATMs. One major advantage of using iris scanning for identification in various business processes is the throughput at control points, which reduces a business’ operating costs.

Mr. Shams Naqvi, CEO of AEI, stated, "We are pleased that our Iris Scanning tools offering is set to potentially reduce the cost of products and services by improving human throughputs at various control points in a business process. We estimate that our tools will improve human throughput by at least 3 minutes per pass, which is expected to improve throughput costs by nearly 0.9 – 1.2 % in a medium traffic environment."

Application-specific pricing for Iris Scanning tools and integration services are available upon request.

18Jun2010Amroha Engineering, Inc. (AEI) offers design and integration services for AEI president Mr. Shams Naqvi's patent pending system tentatively code-named WARRANCHIPTM.

San Francisco, California – 18 June 2010 – Amroha Engineering, Inc. announced here today its offering for design and integration services surrounding WARRANCHIPTM, an innovative integrated system methodology designed to provide real time records of a product’s operational data usable for warranty assessment of manufactured goods. WARRANCHIPTM is a patent-pending proprietary design currently owned by AEI’s president Mr. Shams Naqvi. Once integrated, the offered system becomes part of the host product and during product’s life cycle, provides useful data to establish veracity and validity of warranty claims.

In 2008, the worldwide warranty claims of U.S.-based companies stood at $29 billion (source: Warranty Week, May 07, 2009). WARRANCHIPTM is designed around the understanding that not all of these claims are necessarily fully valid. AEI is convinced that by using WARRANCHIPTM, manufacturers could reduce their cost of warranty claims.

Mr. Shams Naqvi, CEO of AEI, stated, "We are pleased that our offering is set to potentially reduce the cost of US products by cutting down warranty claims costs that today add nearly 2.0 – 2.8 % to a manufactured product’s top line. We would like to see WARRANCHIPTM move some of those numbers to the product’s bottom line."

Application-specific pricing for design and integration services are available upon request.

10Mar2005AMROHA Engineering & NESCO Tech Solutions Announce Agreement for the Sale of Under Vehicle Imaging Systems to Pakistan Airport Security Force ("ASF").

SAN FRACISCO, CA, & KARACHI, Pakistan - 10 March 2005: Amroha Engineering Inc., an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and a distributor of security products, today announced the signing of an agreement between Amroha Engineering Inc. ("AEI"), and Pakistan Airports Security Force ("ASF") for the sale of Under Vehicle Imaging Systems ("UVIS"). These units will be deployed at a major international airport in Pakistan. On AEI's side, the agreement was signed by its Pakistan arm, Nesco Tech Solutions (Pakistan) Pvt. Limited.

AEI, a system engineering and integration firm based in Richmond, California, is a distributor for security equipment in the US, Pakistan and Nigeria. Under this agreement with ASF, AEI will provide installation, training, and on-going maintenance services for the equipment. AEI was able to conclude this sale amidst a fierce competition from all major names in the industry. The winning points were AEI's strong knowledge of local tendering procedures, its demonstration of equipment's cost-effectiveness over a 3-year period, and the advanced technology used in equipment it is supplying. AEI further offered a strong presence in the local market through Nesco, AEI's local marketing arm for UVIS equipment.

In a joint statement, Mr. Shams Naqvi, President of Amroha Engineering, and Mr. Qamar Naqvi, CE of Nesco, stated, "For this sale, AEI has selected systems on the basis of its use of open technologies, and low pixel size Linear Scanning Cameras. In addition to the use of linear scanning cameras, AEI is also installing license plate reading cameras. We are also in advanced discussions with a local group of experts specializing in image post-processing and image-based character recognition. This software, though not a part of the current ASF order, is being offered to ASF for automated data entry of the vehicle's license plate numbers. This addition will free up the operators to focus on their core objective of detecting under the vehicle unexpected packages, such as explosives or drugs, being smuggled into secure airports' area."

24Nov2004AMROHA Engineering & EXIPROMO Announce signing of an Agreement for the Sale of X-ray Baggage Scanner Equipment and Explosive Vapor & Trace Detectors to Pakistan Airport Security Force.

San Francisco, CA (November 23, 2004): Amroha Engineering Inc., an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and a distributor of security products, today announced the signing of an agreement between Amroha Engineering Inc. ("AEI"), and Pakistan Airports Security Force ("AEI") for the sale of Hold- and Cabin-baggage X-ray scanners, and Explosive Trace Detectors. These units will be deployed at a major international airport in Pakistan. On AEI's side, the agreement was signed by its Pakistan arm, Exipromo International (Pakistan) Limited.

The winning points were AEI's strong knowledge of local tendering procedures, its demonstration of equipment's cost-effectiveness over a 3-year period, and the advanced technology used in the equipment it is supplying. AEI further offered a strong presence in the local market through Exipromo International (Pakistan) Ltd., AEI's local marketing arm.

Shams Naqvi, President of Amroha Engineering, stated, " For this sale, AEI has selected X-ray equipment on the basis of its use of open technologies, which when compared with the proprietary industrial Single Board Computers used by major name brands, is a significant cost reduction over the long term. Additionally, AEI has ensured that the equipment being supplied will follow a uniform manufacturing standard across all machines sold, whether in the US or in Pakistan. Pakistan and other lower-volume markets are exposed to significant disadvantage by some manufacturers of security equipment. These other companies use better quality components in the equipment that they sell in North America and Europe, while same models when sold to Pakistan at a higher price on a 3-year cost basis, are supplied with lower grade components."
